Contest rules

Article 1 — Organiser

The contest is organised by Devshivan – Median Web, a French sole trader, SIRET 931 175 442 00017, 13 rue François Joseph Montégu, 33340 Lesparre-Médoc, France, on the freebetarena.com website. It is a free game with no purchase necessary, open from 1 November 2026 at 00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Article 2 — Who can take part

The contest is open to any natural person aged 15 or over holding a FreeBetArena account, whatever their country. A participant under 18 takes part with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian, which may be asked for before the prize is handed over. Only one participation per person is allowed, in line with the one-account-per-person rule of the Terms of Use. The organiser and the site's staff accounts cannot take part.

Article 3 — How to take part

To take part, the player clicks “I'm in” on the contest page, before or during the contest period. Only predictions placed after that click and during the period, and settled during the period, count.

Article 4 — Ranking

Each participant's score is the total of the Arenas won by his counted predictions, as shown on each market, boosted matches included. The daily bonus, challenges, referrals, the welcome bonus and any manual adjustment are not counted. Ties are broken by the number of won predictions, then by the earliest participation.

To be eligible for the prize, a participant must have at least 10 settled predictions placed on at least 5 different days.

Article 5 — Prize

The best eligible participant wins one electronic gift card worth 20 € (VAT included), from a brand of his choice among those offered in the FreeBetArena shop. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize. It comes on top of the Arenas won during the month, which remain the player's.

Article 6 — Winner, checks and delivery

The winner is contacted at the e-mail address of his account within 7 days of the end of the contest, and has 30 days to answer. Without an answer, the prize goes to the next eligible participant. The organiser checks that the winner respects the rules (one account per person, no scripts or automated bets, no account created only to take part) before sending the gift card by e-mail within 15 days. A participant who cheats is excluded, and the prize goes to the next eligible participant.

Article 7 — Personal data

The contest uses the data of the player's account: his nickname is shown in the public contest ranking, his e-mail address is only used to contact the winner and send the prize. No other data is collected. The rights of access, rectification and erasure are described in the privacy policy and can be exercised at contact@freebetarena.com.

Article 8 — Changes and cancellation

The organiser may shorten, extend or cancel the contest in case of force majeure, large-scale fraud or a technical failure affecting the results. Any change is announced on the contest page. A delay or a failure of a data provider when settling a match cannot give rise to any claim.

Article 9 — Acceptance of the rules

Taking part implies full acceptance of these rules, available free of charge on this page throughout the contest. They are governed by French law. Any question: contact@freebetarena.com.
