Terms of Use

Article 1 — Purpose of the service

FreeBetArena is an entirely free sports prediction game. It lets registered users predict the outcome of real sporting events, collect virtual points called “Arenas” and exchange those points for virtual rewards (digital gift cards) through the site's shop.

FreeBetArena is not a sports betting operator. No real-money stake is required. No money is ever collected from users. Arenas are a virtual currency with no legal monetary value; they cannot be transferred and cannot be converted into money.

Article 2 — Access conditions and minimum age

Access to the service is free and open to anyone aged 15 or over. Users between 15 and 18 are invited to inform their legal guardian of their use of the service. Use of the service by anyone under 15 requires the prior, express consent of a legal guardian, in accordance with the GDPR (art. 8) and the French Data Protection Act. Users declare that they meet these conditions when signing up.

Article 3 — Registration and user account

3.1 Creating an account

Access to the site's features (bets, leaderboard, shop) requires an account. Registration is free and requires: an e-mail address (login identifier), a nickname (publicly displayed, unique on the site) and a password. No banking details, postal address, first name, last name or phone number are requested at registration.

3.2 User obligations

• Provide a valid e-mail address at registration
• Choose a nickname that does not infringe the rights of third parties
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not create several accounts (one account per natural person)
• Not use the service for commercial or fraudulent purposes

3.3 Account suspension and deletion

Devshivan – Median Web reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these Terms, without notice or compensation. Users may also request deletion of their account at any time by contacting contact@freebetarena.com or through the Settings page of their personal area.

Article 4 — The Arenas points system

4.1 Nature of Arenas. Arenas are a virtual currency specific to FreeBetArena. They have no legal monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred or converted into real money, are non-refundable and non-cashable, and are tied to the user account without being assignable to a third party.

4.2 Earning. Arenas are earned through winning predictions (match results, scores, scorers and so on), taking part in monthly challenges, logging in daily, and occasional boosted events organised by the publisher.

4.3 Exchange. Arenas may be exchanged for digital gift cards according to the tiers shown in the shop. The publisher reserves the right to change the exchange tiers with 7 days' notice displayed on the site. Arenas already earned remain valid after any change to the scale.

4.4 Expiry. Arenas remain valid as long as the user account is active. After more than 12 consecutive months of inactivity, the publisher reserves the right to reset the Arenas balance after prior notice by e-mail (reactivation period: 30 days).

Article 5 — Prediction rules

• Bets must be placed before the start of each sporting event
• A user may bet once per available bet type per match
• Results are determined from the official final score (including extra time and penalty shoot-outs in knockout competitions, unless stated otherwise)
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bets are void and no Arenas are credited or debited
• The publisher's decisions regarding results and the award of Arenas are final

Article 6 — User conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: using bots, automated scripts or any automatic betting system; exploiting a technical flaw to obtain Arenas fraudulently; harassing, threatening or insulting other users; impersonating another user or the publisher; attempting to access other users' accounts; publishing unlawful, racist, hateful or defamatory content. Any breach may lead to immediate and permanent suspension of the account, without return of the Arenas earned.

Article 7 — Advertising and partnerships

The site may display advertising supplied by third-party networks, governed by their own policies. The publisher may also enter into affiliate partnerships; affiliate links are clearly identified. FreeBetArena does not endorse the products of third-party advertisers and accepts no liability for their content.

Article 8 — Availability of the service

The publisher strives to keep the service available 24/7, but reserves the right to interrupt access for maintenance, updates or reasons of force majeure, without notice or compensation. In the event of a prolonged interruption, the publisher undertakes to inform users by e-mail as soon as possible.

Article 9 — Changes to the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change by e-mail and/or by a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms; users who refuse them may delete their account.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

All elements of the site (logo, text, design, code) are the property of Devshivan – Median Web. Content generated by users (nickname, predictions) remains their property, but the user grants the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for statistical and display purposes on the site.

Article 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the district of Bordeaux, unless the law provides otherwise.
